Carrie
Waible
Producer. Publicist. Connector.
Carrie’s career is a case study in serendipity, powered by strategy and relentless drive. She landed her first job “by accident” on an airplane at age 22, launching a career in event production and red-carpet publicity for the fashion and entertainment industries. Known for her instinctive ability to connect — equally at ease with top celebrities, global executives, and heads of state — Carrie quickly built a reputation for sharp media instincts and high-energy execution.
At 26, she founded her own events, PR, and marketing firm, which she has built and continues to run for more than two decades. Her work spans innovative celebrity-driven campaigns and thoughtfully produced, high-impact experiences for iconic brands and cultural institutions. With a 360-degree creative approach, Carrie supports organizations rooted in New York and those with global reach, while mentoring the next generation of founders and creatives.
The next episode
As her agency grew, so did Carrie’s creative footprint. In addition to steering strategy and production at CW&Co., she expanded into broadcasting — stepping behind the camera as a director and increasingly in front of it as an on-air spokesperson and media personality.
Today, Carrie continues to run CW&Co. while expanding her presence across television, live events, and podcasts — bringing her experience, insight, and infectious enthusiasm to conversations about culture, business, leadership, and creativity.
